Refund Policy
1. No Refund on Successful Delivery
All payments made on this website are non-refundable once the service has been delivered or the goods have been received by the customer.

2. Refund Eligibility
A refund shall be considered only in the following case:
If the service is not provided, or
If the goods are not delivered within the agreed timeline, and
The failure is directly attributable to NITESH BUSINESS SERVICES.
No refunds will be issued for delays or failures caused by third-party service providers, courier agencies, banks, or force majeure events.

3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, the customer must:
Submit a written request via email within 7 days of the expected delivery or service date.
Provide valid payment proof (transaction ID, payment date, and amount).
Requests made after the specified period will not be entertained.

4. Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment only.
Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 working days.
Actual credit time depends on the bank or payment gateway.

5. Partial Services or Digital Services
No refunds shall be issued for partially completed services, downloadable content, digital documents, or consultancy once work has commenced.
Any revision or correction shall be handled as per the agreed service scope.

6. Cancellation Policy
Orders or services once confirmed cannot be cancelled after work has started or goods have been dispatched.
