1. Online Payments
We provide the facility of online payments through secure third-party payment gateway service providers. By making a payment on this website, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of both NITESH BUSINESS SERVICES and the respective payment gateway.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

Net Banking
UPI / Wallets (as supported by the gateway)
All transactions are subject to authorization by the issuing bank or payment provider.

3. Payment Security
We do not store or process your card or banking details on our servers. All payment information is encrypted and handled directly by the payment gateway using industry-standard security protocols.

4. Confirmation of Payment
Upon successful payment:
You will receive a payment confirmation via email/SMS (if enabled).
Transaction acknowledgment does not guarantee service delivery unless explicitly mentioned.
In case of payment failure, the amount (if debited) will be reversed as per the bank/payment gateway’s policies.

5. Fees & Charges
All prices displayed are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes (as mentioned).
Any additional gateway or bank charges, if applicable, shall be borne by the customer.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Payments once made are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days, subject to bank/payment gateway timelines.
No refunds shall be issued for delays caused by third-party service providers or force majeure events.

7. Failed or Duplicate Transactions
In case of:
Failed transactions: Amount will be auto-reversed as per gateway norms.
Duplicate payments: Please contact us with transaction details for verification.
We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateway service providers.

8. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate payment and personal information.
Use the payment facility for lawful purposes only.
Ensure sufficient funds/credit availability before making payments.

9. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for:
Any technical errors, downtime, or transaction failures at the payment gateway or bank end.
Unauthorized use of payment instruments due to customer negligence.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Uttarakhand / India.
